Pre-Christmas Delivery Terms & Conditions 2025

Last Delivery Order Date: All delivery orders must be placed by Friday, 19th December 2025 for pre-Christmas delivery.

To guarantee collection before Christmas, Click & Collect orders must be placed by 6:00 pm on Monday, 22nd December 2025. Orders placed after this time may not be ready in time. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 working days, but during the busy Christmas period we cannot guarantee courier times and cannot be held responsible for any delays.

All orders under £75 have a standard shipping fee of £9.95. Any orders £75 or over qualify for our free shipping service. All shipments will arrive within 2-3 working days. 

We also offer free local delivery for orders over £50, to any address within 3 miles from our collection address. If your address is more than 3 miles away, you will not be eligible for our free local delivery service and this option will not show as an available delivery method at checkout.
